DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including a photo of the damaged item. We will then investigate the situation on your behalf in order to make it right.
It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Retroactive Deadstock is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
